Due to the nature of information products being provided in downloadable form, we do not give refunds on the electronic products, but if you cannot open the PDF file we are more than happy to resend the PDF file. If you are unable to open the PDF file, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of your purchase so we can resend the file.
Hope you understand, but I am not a big company and I have received several request for refunds, only for the customer to keep the file. I do my best to make sure all PDF files are in working order.
Note: There are a lot of applications that will allow you to open a PDF, such as Acrobat Reader, which are free; please download a PDF reader application before purchasing any digital products.
