Podcast – Sorry for the Delay

Picture thanks to Business Bank of Texas Business Resource Center article.

I wanted to write a short post with my apologies regarding the Podcast I am going to start. I was going to start recording, but I had received a message from a reader asking if I could convert the writing to audio, they have a little difficulty with the letters, even if they increased the zoom. I intended to just talk about each post after I wrote, but now things changed a little, and I am trying to determine the best approach. As you can see plans do tend to change, you might have a plan in place but something happens that you need to adjust. So, after a little bit of thinking and looking at other podcasts and blogs, I decided on how I can make this work. Hopefully, my podcast won’t get too long, since I do tend to ramble on, but I will be sure to set a timer to keep me in check

The plan is to convert the rest of my older post to an audio version read by a robot, and the newest 7 posts I will record myself, the catch will be that after I read the post, I will kindly provide the listener an option to stop the audio and move on or stick around for my personal thoughts on my post. I will do this to the latest or newest post up to 7 days ago. My goal is to stick to maybe 10 minutes for each podcast.

Working on my podcast – Coming Soon

My next step is to take the time today and tomorrow to convert the older posts to audio, once I reach the point where there are 7 posts left, I will record in my voice and add my personal thoughts at the end – let’s see how that goes. So, stop by again, take a look at all my posts and listen to the audio if you like, remember older posts will have a robotic voice, it is actually not too bad, so please stop by often and enjoy.

As always, I am humbled that you took the time to stop by and my blog, and as always, I leave you with this thought, “it is great to plan, but keep in mind sometimes plans do need to change and that is ok, you will get through it.”

Strange but true, I was born in San Salvador, as an abroad US citizen. It sounds strange, but you see, my mother was 5 months pregnant and happen to be visiting San Salvador. She slipped and fell in a pool and well, I was born. I am a twin, but unfortunately, he did not make and I did. My mother’s side of the family happens to be well of, and I had the opportunity to live a nice life early in my childhood. You know, private school, servant, nice home, and vacations. Things change when my mother decided to follow my father to the United States and well, that is where my story begins. I started a blog a while back, but life sort of hit and I left it behind, but now as I am a bit older, I decided I needed an avenue to share my experiences with others, while at the same time allowing me to open up and talk like I am on someone’s couch, I guess you could say. This blog will be more like an open book, created by experiences that I have had throughout my life. Experiences that many could relate to and what I did or how I handled it, you know after the fact. You never know there just might be a piece of information, idea, an option that someone could use and it would help them through the experience. Just remember these are my experiences, things I have been through, work through, and lived through – it does not mean I am right, but it does not mean I am wrong – it is simply an experience.
